Express exodus

THE NUJ's Express chapel is resisting plans to move sub-editing to the North of England - while cutting rates from £118-£130 for a 7-hour shift (says the Rate for the Job database) to £80 for 8-hours, apparently, while ridding themselves of experienced people.
