YOU SHOULD have received a ballot paper to vote for a new NUJ Deputy General Secretary. London Freelance Branch urges you to use it. It's important to the strength of the union that whoever is elected has the active support of a large chunk of the membership.
If you haven't received a ballot paper, contact Linda Yorke at head office - email linday@nuj.org.ukance and other Branches held a hustings meeting with the four candidates in Farringdon. More than 30 people came on a wet night and the questioning was lively.
