Northern+Shell

Sold a bunch of magazines - which weren't listed here for reasons of taste - in March 2004. Which was nothing to do with the bidding for the Telegraph group. And if you think Private Eye cast doubt on how independent the new owners of the mags are, you are utterly wrong. Kept "Fantasy TV" etc.

Bought TV Channel 5 from RTL in July 2010 for £104M.
