This land is ours...

The last Freelance carelessly passed on the assertion that the National Trust has something like a trademark in its landscapes. It is of course highly dubious whether this would stand up in court. Eviction, by nice short-grey-haired people in sensible shoes, is a more likely prospect for the unauthorised photographer.
