Freelance profile
Mark Pinder
Freelance photographer based near Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North-east of England. My regular patch covers from Newcastle up into central Scotland, down into North Yorkshire, across into the South Lakes and up into West Cumbria and the borders, although I will travel further afield if the work looks interesting. My client list is broad and encapsulates many interests across a broad spectrum of concerns, main areas of speciality being in the visual arts, news features and television documentary, although I will turn my hand to anything if it looks interesting enough.

My client list is broad and encapsulates many interests across a broad spectrum of concerns, main areas of speciality being in the visual arts, news features and television documentary, although I will turn my hand to anything if it looks interesting enough. Regular clients have included:The Guardian, The Financial Times, The Observer, Channel 4 Television, BBC picture publicity, Der Spiegel, The Sunday Telegraph, Health Service Journal, Northern Arts, English Heritage, Local Government Chronicle etc whilst work has appeared in The Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Independent On Sunday Review, Economist, Observer Life, Independent, Architects Journal, Life Magazine's Yearbook etc. Agency-wise, I am represented by United National Photographers and online agency Report Digital. If you want cheesy PR, "grin n' grips" or pics of your latest fighter bomber, please go to someone more or, (perhaps), less cynical.
