I am a German-born freelance photographer living and working in Birmingham and the Midlands since 2000. Building on a graphic design background in my native country, I graduated with a 1st class degree in photography from the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (UCE) after which I started my career. My practice lies between conventional documentary and a more crafted editorial approach. I am working and merging into the available situation, adding location lighting as appropriate. My approach to business relationships is principled and committed with high technical standards, a high quality post-production of digital images and a swift turnaround.
