Dispute at Macmillan Books

NUJ members and their colleagues in the Amicus-MSF union at the book publishing company Macmillan in Oxford are on strike over pay TODAY.

It is the first NUJ strike in book publishing for 15 years.

Management has imposed a pay rise of 2.1 percent on the workers. Publishing is notoriously badly paid and Oxford is a notoriously expensive place to live.
