The news editor called to say that the only re-use the paper asks for is occasional mug-shots extracted from match photos, and that they negotiate this with photographers in advance.

The Non-League Paper always refers enquiries about re-use, whether from members of the public or other papers, to the photographer. And they do pay repro fees for re-use in the paper itself. And they're always looking for photographers... see www.nlfootball.com
