Credit where due

We complain loudly about publishers who chisel and cheat. But what about commissioning editors who do their best? Do you know of an editor - of words or pictures - who is always fair? You can ask for anonymity. Given how some managements behave, perhaps we should institute an anonymous category for reasonable editors, too...
