A small irony

How ironic that Bruce Birchall's proposal on disability access [not put online - sorry] is in small print.

Partially sighted people can't read small print. Neither can many people over fifty who need reading glasses. For those of us who can read it, small print is tiring to read and a barrier to comprehension; hence its use by dubious salesmen. So incidentally is black on red. I know space is limited but please try to avoid small print when you can.
