Middle Eastern journos on World Press Freedom Day

ON WORLD Press Freedom Day UK - Tuesday 3 May, - there's a public meeting hosted by UNESCO featuring journalists from Middle East speaking on how the uprisings affect their work and present them with new freedoms and dangers.

It's at 6pm at the Thomson Reuters auditorium, South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5EP. It's free but you need to register - email iwhite@unesco.org.uk. And for details of LFB's own 11 May House of Commons event on reporting the events in North Africa and the Middle East, see here.
