THE BBC is surveying freelances - including those who contribute through production companies - in a BBC Respect at Work Review survey. Some sample questions:

  • The people I work with at the BBC are open to feedback, even when the feedback is difficult (to be rated 0 to 4)
  • Have you ever observed inappropriate behaviour while working on an engagement at the BBC?
  • In my experience, the BBC holds people appropriately accountable for their behaviour (to be rated 0 to 4)
