IF YOUJ HAVE registered for payment under the Anthropic “AI” class action, you may have received an invitation to complete a Disagreements Form about the allocation of payments to you, co-authors and publishers. And we hear that it contains a classic error in US web design: you cannot complete it without a US Social Security number or tax reference .

Apparently if you have neither you need to send an email to the address from which the settlement team write to you, with “Cannot complete the form” in the subject line.
