A protest, not a strike
The strike action at NLH in Enfield on 10-12 January has been called off after the company got an injunction at the High Court on Friday afternoon in a challenge to the notice of action.
The Chapel will be holding a protest outside the company's offices on Monday morning between 8am and 9am at Refuge House, 9-10 River Front, Enfield, EN1 3SZ (see below).
We have sent the company a new notice of ballot and will be reballoting members over the next two weeks.
