Guardian rise

The new minimum rate for written contributions to the Guardian and Observer is £247 plus a 6.5 per cent (£16.16) uplift for use on the web and so forth, making a total of £263.16. We're also making steady progress toward a new agreement on minimum rates and terms for photographers.
