Robin Ackroyd has a date for the next installment in the marathon attempt by Merseycare NHS Trust to force him to reveal a source. On 23 October the Trust will challenge in the Court of Appeal the 7 February High Court ruling in Robin's favour (March Freelance). This will be the eighth hearing in the seven-year case, which has been to the House of Lords twice already.
