Write to your MP on Newsquest

PLEASE write to your MP asking them to sign Early Day Motion 1088 on the plan to transfer Newsquest production in Bradford, York and Darlington to a "subbing hub" in Newport, resulting in job losses. You can check whether your MP's already signed at www.parliament.uk/edm/2013-14/1088 and contact them via www.writetothem.com. NUJ members in Newsquest sites in the North of England have already voted in favour of a 24-hour strike on 18 February. Watch this space for updates on any further industrial action.
