Volunteer editor sought

I HAVE been volunteering for some years for a charity called Koestler Arts that encourages art of all sorts in prisons. It also has a mentoring scheme for ex-offenders who want to pursue a career in the arts.

I am in contact with an ex-offender who, with some help, has written an account of his fairly alarming career in crime, which took up about 15 years of his life. He is now on the straight and narrow and intends to publish it. But the manuscript at this stage needs a lot of work and editing: it is a sequence of events with little characterisation.

I would be pleased if members could put me in touch with any freelance editor who may be interested in this project.
